I agree that parents are violating their children's privacy when they share photos and videos of them online.

There are three reasons why I think that.

First, data on online are easily accessed by a lot of annoymous people. It means that information on their children can be used recklessly on any websites.

Secondly, the parents don't care their children's opinion.  Even if their children say that they don't want to share their photos to the parents, this opinion would not be accepted.

Lastly, online contents cannot be deleted simply and lasts a long time until the children grow up. Then the secret data could damage their image.
